I got this journal for my wife to journal and do scetch work in. She absolutely loves it and the paper quality is great. The leather is full grain and very thick but also soft. I have another one of the journals from ox and pine that I have had for the last 5 years and it just looks better with age. Great company and product 5 stars. 10/10

I absolutely love the journal! The quality is fantastic, and the customer service is top-notch! They accidentally sent me a black cord instead of the right one, but they quickly apologized and even sent me a free bookmark along with the correct cord. This journal really is as good as the reviews indicate. The leather is good quality and about 2mm thick, so if you take a little bit of care, it'll be a very durable covers. The filled journal paper is heavyweight and takes ink well (im a hipster and like fountain pens) so it doesnt smudge easily. Im always skeptical of super high review, but this is legitimately a good product. My only complaint is that it its filled with 4 smaller journals instead of just one or two larger ones, but its not enough of a problem to subtract a star in my opinion.
I purchased as a gift. My friend loves it!
