To cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
- In order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. And item must be unused and in new condition.

- To be eligible for a refund, you must get approval from us prior to mailing the item back.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and inform you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- If the refund is approved, you will be refunded the amount minus shipping via the original method of payment.

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. Once approved, your item must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
*Shipping cannot be refunded and you'll be responsible for return shipping on any items that you'd like to exchange or return unless it was damaged or defective.
