I love these journals. I am an artist and I use a different journal to represent each project. When completed, the journal goes on a very special place as it holds the history of a creative process.
Customer service was great. It doesn't strike me as a small business. Definitely a largely manufactured thing. It's nice enough but personally I don't think it's worth the price. Shipped next day though.
