Nice quality leather notebook, looks great!
I like the company, the feel of genuine production and the story, and purchase the product monogrammed with my initials, making it a potential heirloom. However, I was saddened when I tried to replace Field Notes into the holder, and it was just a bit too small.
Happy again, when I realized my Leatherman had the power to cut the replaceable cord inside, and then I wrapped the outer cord around the book. I think my grandfather would be proud. I didn't have to replace it. Most of the covers have too much additional stuff on them, that I didn't want personally. This does the job, which in the end, is what it's really about.
Just be aware of this detail if it would bother you too much! Field Notes will not fit well into the cover without modification. It's not the end of the world. Very happy I didn't have to replace it.

Can’t give thoughts on the product, because I Haven’t Received It Yet! Ordered 12/02/2024 and projected to arrive on 12/05. As of this post it’s 12/09 and I don’t have it. According to USPS tracking it’s been stuck in Akron since 12/05.
I was Very hesitant to place an order from this company strictly because you use USPS to deliver product. USPS is horrible and gives your product, no matter how good it is, a Bad Name.
If I ever receive my order, and no matter how good it is and I like it, I would never order from you again because you don’t value your product enough to use a quality shipping service (UPS) rather than using a Horrible service. (USPS)
Just as advertised. Good leather.
