I bought this to keep in my back pocket but I soon realized that it is not made well enough for that. I had this delivered 9 days ago. That’s 9 days of it being in my back pocket. I’ve taken it out of my pocket maybe three times to access my pen and stitching is separating and glue is being undone. Another thing to note is the leather is pretty thin.
If you’re buying this to just have on a desk, maybe this could work for you but the construction still isn’t all that.
I’m into heritage stuff and things that last forever, this does not seem to be something that falls into that category, especially if you’re going to carry it daily on body.
I gave it 3 stars because I still appreciate that it was made by hand, the engraving was perfect & the fitment of the note pad is spot on.
If I were able to get a refund on it though, I would. Since it’s personalized, I’m sort of out of luck unless they see this and make an exception.
