Customer service is amazing. They're very responsive and the quality of the hat was great. My husband ended up not liking the shape, but he has a big head so hats are hard lol I'd purchase from them again though!

Looks great. A little darker than expected, but my husband liked the color. He wears it all the time and it started to get a little sweat mark above the brim which we haven't had on his other hats. We tried to wash it but didn't come out :/ other than that it's perfect!
