I am very happy with the luggage tags that you provided and have put them on every bag we own. They look great, feel great, are quiet, and appear to be very durable. Just so you know and add it to your marketing, there were some specific reasons I was looking for new luggage tags. My daughter's bag was lost, then shipped to the wrong city, then returned damaged after she sat on the plane and went nowhere! I wish I could say this was the first time we had experienced something like this while traveling. We really value the contents of our luggage. In the event that it gets lost, the only way for our bag to talk to the airline is with the claim check (which you hope works) and the luggage tag. Now we also keep AirTags in each bag so the bags can talk to us.
The tags we replaced with yours were aluminum and attached with a thick silicone loop. Despite that, we would find that the tags would arrive on the carousel bent, scratched, or missing. And when they were attached, we sounded like a pack of dogs with the metallic jingling sound!
Your tags beat those. They stand out with the leather and are elegant but yet not flashy. They are well attached with the metal cable. The eyelet is reinforced with metal. (You should measure/test how much force it takes to pull one of these off or tear the leather and advertise it.) The embossing is deep, precise, and legible. It fits our LOGO AND FOUR phone numbers. The leather is FLEXIBLE, so we don't have to worry about the tag getting bent or crushed when packed in the plane. And now we are quiet and stealthy.
My family laughs at me about how much thought I put into finding great luggage tags. But you can bet your ass they'll be hugging me when they're luggage gets returned after being lost by the airline!
