The amount of communication from the company during the making of my journal was incredible. They took the time to make sure my words were understood and that what I asked for was what they delivered. I accidentally ordered a non refillable journal and because I ordered refill inserts they clarified my order and caught my own mistake. Other companies would have just sent what was ordered regardless. Thank you ox and pine. You have gained a customer for life!

Custom ordered these notebooks for a quarterly meeting. Everyone LOVED and RAVED about their notebooks. The customer service was great, arrived prior to the expected delivery date, and the quality of these notebooks exceeded expectations. They all came in little canvas gift bags which was a nice touch.
