I didn't realize that it would feel like a bunch of smaller notebooks sewn together within a leather cover. Sometimes I'm writing in it, and the top chunk of papers will slide on the bottom ones, and I'm finding myself using my palm to hold it together. For the price, just very bad quality, minus the covering. Looks pretty from far away. But I feel like I wasted money on something I could have put together with some $2 notebooks from Staples.

This is my third oxen pine journal. Love them!! They feel fabulous in my hand. The paper quality is great. It doesn’t bleed through. They’re not bulky and heavy. They are exactly what I need and I misplaced mine this year at the beginning of the year, and I was so sad I had to order another replacement. Then just days later. i I found it tucked away in a special spot, I was elated that my friend had returned. Thank you for such great craftsmanship.
