The amount of communication from the company during the making of my journal was incredible. They took the time to make sure my words were understood and that what I asked for was what they delivered. I accidentally ordered a non refillable journal and because I ordered refill inserts they clarified my order and caught my own mistake. Other companies would have just sent what was ordered regardless. Thank you ox and pine. You have gained a customer for life!
