I received the journal without the stamp I ordered. I emailed Ox&Pine as soon as I received my order and got a prompt reply. They worked diligently to correct the mistake as soon as possible. Since I wasn't charged for the stamp design, I decided to keep the journal I was sent. The journal itself is of the highest quality. It is a 'Cheery Mishap' product, but I don't really see what the mishap is. Will definitely order from them again.
