The topside is smooth and finished; the backside (underside) is unfinished, a sign of true leather.

PERSONALIZATION
Personalization is available in upper case only.
We typeset individual metal pieces for your inscription and stamp it in with heat and pressure for a beautiful impression in the leather.
Font Style: Serif
Font Size: Chosen by our embossers based on product size and inscription length. We offer three sizes — 24pt, 36pt, and 60pt — and generally use the largest size the layout allows.
Fast 1–3 day production time, no matter the inscription length.
All stamping is done by hand, so slight variation should be expected.
Treat withSmith's Leather Balm as needed — it's all-natural, since chemicals weaken leather over time.
Don't be afraid of a scuff — rubbing it with your fingers helps develop the patina. The more your leather good is handled, the better it looks over time.
Avoid leaving leather in direct sunlight or extreme heat for extended periods.

The leash is beautiful, but unfortunately, the part that attaches the name to it had already broken and was falling off soon after use. As soon as the company discovered this issue, they reached out to me to address the problem. They even sent me a label to mail the leash back and promptly returned it to me all fixed. We are delighted with the quality and promptness of the customer service, and we are eagerly looking forward to using the leash again. It was truly refreshing to encounter a company that genuinely cares about its products.

cheap hardware and misrepresentation about gift
had been looking for a nice leather leash, comparable to one I purchased about 19 years ago with minimal braiding, quality leather and solid brass hardware, and assumed for $99, it would be as I imagined.
I signed up for email and text to receive a generous 20% discount and was top receive a free luggage tag.
I ordered the 6' x 3/4" leash in natural stone with matte nickel hardware. I received the product, but hardware was incorrect, instead of matte nickel, i received the antique brass? the hardware also looked fairly lightweight in comparison to the leash and my expectations. Packaging was nice presented in a canvas bag, but in all honesty I did not buy the leash for its packaging.
As for the luggage tag, I received an email confirmation with a link for the free(Don't miss out on your FREE luggage tag ($15 value) - click here: https://oxandpine.com/#freeluggagetagpage) yet it redirects me to their initial website and asks for my email and number once again?
Leather is of good quality, as expected, but for $80, what I paid, I expected more than what I received.
