First, the quality of leather is phenomenal.
Second, I received the monogrammed journal but it was not refillable, and a customer service representative name Eula assisted me with an exchange. Eula is phenomenal and this company is BLESSED to have her. Unfortunately, the company does not produce the traditional refillable journal I am accustomed. There is a ln compartment or pouch where the refill covers are inserted into the journal. The style of these journals are like a string mechanism that does not suit my taste. This is not the style of journal I need.
Nevertheless, EULA and the quality of leather is top notch and the dedication to work with me to make this a grand experience was awesome. The firm just does not have the product I need and that is understandable.

We bought this personalized journal for my parents as they set out on a 2+ week journey to celebrate their 40th anniversary. A place where we (their children and grandchildren) could write how thankful we are for them and encourage them in the Lord, but also a place they could write down old memories or new memories as they travel. They loved it and it’s the perfect piece to be a keepsake in this family for generations to come- telling of Gods goodness and faithfulness through the years! Thank you for your beautiful craftsmanship! It’s beautiful and soft and smells amazing!
