Welllll Shoot…

I ordered a pocket journal cover last week. Had a minor issue with my order (my fault) and the O&P team took care of me. I received my cover today. Very nice leather, quality and presentation are top notch…but…I realized that when I read the dimensions, I didn’t check them against the dimensions of a Field Notes notebook and it’s about half an inch too short. Bummer! Unfortunately, the ‘adventure’ notebook is a bit too big. As much as I love it, it just doesn’t work for me. On the flip side, one of my best friends is retiring next month and the cover and notebooks will make a very nice retirement gift. Great products!

Wasn’t what I ordered.

I ordered one of these journals in rustic brown, with the #7 world map. They sent me a journal that didn’t have any stamp at all and the back cover was also bent. I emailed them and they sent me a return label and offered to replace it with the correct one which I appreciate. Customer service was very polite.
