Since you keep asking, here’s the skinny. The product I ordered didn’t arrive in my package. I had ordered “Quitters …” but received something about “Love Story” which I did not want.. Recognizing a mistake had been made, I notified O&P as to the error. That’s when the Magic began. Stephanie at O&P acknowledged the error and pledged to fix it. Next came an email from Eula with instructions on what to do. Two days later the correct bookmarks arrived. I returned the incorrect ones the following morning. O&P really impressed me with their instant acknowledgement and apology for the problem. Then, the owner, explained what they were going to do to resolve it. Next, they detailed what I had to do. And finally, they followed through with their commitment in a very timely manner. Impressive! When I discovered the error originally, I figured they would take care of me based upon what I had read about them. I wanted to see 1) how sincerely they would back up their claims, and, 2.) how long it would take to fix a $21 dollar claim? Thanks to the diligence of Stephanie and Eula, my expectations were far exceeded!
