P.P.S. Your goods have an unconditional and unlimited lifetime warranty. We will repair or replace your leather goods in the event they become damaged or defective--at no charge to you
*Shipping cannot be refunded and you'll be responsible for return shipping on any items that you'd like to exchange or return unless it was damaged or defective.
*We encourage you to put insurance and tracking on shipping when returning an item.

*SIMPLY PUT: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or return (even on personalized items). And if it's been more than 30 days, please reach out because we like to help even if it doesn't fit the normal policy you're used to with every other company.
